When we bought our house, it was dilapidated. It needed a full rewire, plumbing, new walls and floors and everything in between. Sheena helped us bring to life what we knew was a diamond in the rough. We had challenges with getting planning permission and knew there would be structural issues once we started the demolition. Sheena guided us through the process, managing it and took on the stress for us. We added 40% value on the house and were over the moon with the result. It's now beautiful and works perfectly for our growing family. We're so happy here, and when we move again in a few years, we will definitely be calling Sheena again. If you have an awkward house or not sure how to make the most of your property, Sheena is great at coming up with creative ways to make the space work!
